We work really hard to show size, condition, weight, and accurately describe our items mostly through our photos. Please look at them and please take the time to read our short descriptions!!! I am currently not accepting returns because too many ebay buyers are taking advantage and abusing the privilege. I do understand that it is difficult for some to put their selves in others shoes, and so many these days just don't care. Honestly I'm not sure whether i would rather wake up to a return or two or wake up to my vehicle window busted out and it having been burglarized. Both feel the same and both cost me about the same. Small businesses just cannot afford to work at a negative value. I used to get one or two returns a year and I know the quality of stuff I am selling is better/cleaner now than it was then. If I have previously blocked you due to a return on Ebay please don't take it personal as it's just the only way I have to protect myself and I cannot read people's minds. I'd be overly grateful if you visited the Estate Fresh Austin website, just please look at the photos. On my own website I charge a 5% restocking fee for returns which is nowhere near enough but it's enough to at least not encourage "changed my mind" or "didn't pay attention to the size" returns.. I am not hiding anything, but I do not have hours to describe each item as we deal in very high volume, often 50-150 item wholesale orders where excessive time spent on each listing would be thrown away. In the extremely rare event that I somehow misattributed something or overlooked a major issue, please reach out and I will of course make it right. I'm in this business for life and try to do repeat business, typically dealing with the same people for years.
