Historical sources show Richard Gröschel as an entrepreneur in the laundry and mangle technology sector in Dresden-Laubegast. Already at the end of the 19th century At the beginning of the 19th century it was evident with advertisements for laundry machines and mangle technology.
At the bottom there is the original manufacturer's marking:

Franzke & Müller was one of the well-known Dresden manufacturers of enamel signs and advertising boards.
The labeling speaks for original regional production in Dresden.
Of enamel signs “Electric laundry shortage” There are different dealer versions from different German cities.
However, this example bears the name
Richard Gröschel – Dresden Laubegast
and therefore represents an extremely rare regional version.
Despite extensive research, no other copy with this dealer name could be found.
Such regional dealer signs in particular were usually only produced in small quantities and are now much rarer than general advertising signs.

However, this example was produced specifically for

and appears to be an exceptionally scarce regional dealer variant.
Despite extensive research, I have been unable to locate another surviving example bearing this dealer's name.
Dealer advertising signs were generally produced in much smaller quantities than nationwide advertising signs, making surviving examples significantly harder to find today.
