Rug Finish:

Our rugs can be made with or without fringes, depending on your preference. If you would like your rug without fringe for a cleaner, more tailored look, simply send us a message before or after ordering and let us know - we are happy to accommodate this at no extra cost.

We also offer custom sizes, custom colors, and made-to-order designs on most of our rugs - if you have a specific vision for your space, just message us before you buy and we will gladly help bring it to life.

Note:- 
1. Each rug is hand-dyed at the time of production and variance between samples and products will occur, although our artisans take every measure to ensure accurate color matching, a slight variation may occur from dye lot to dye lot.
2. As our products are handmade it is impossible to achieve an exact size and can vary between +/- 5%, this is considered normal and acceptable.  

Shipping and Return Policy:

Shipping

All our rugs are handmade to order in our workshop in Jaipur, India. Please allow 5-10 business days for production on standard sizes, and 10-15 business days for large rugs (8x10 ft and above) before your order ships.

Once ready, we ship via FedEx International or India Post Tracked, and most orders arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided as soon as your rug ships, so you can follow its journey the whole way.

We offer free shipping on all listings, and all shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any customs duties or import taxes are already paid by us in advance. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or import duty upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the full and final price.

Returns

We want you to love your rug. If anything is not right, please message us first as most concerns can be resolved quickly without a return.

If you would like to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The rug must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process. We cover the cost of return shipping. you will never be out of pocket to send a rug back to us.

Custom-made or made-to-order rugs (custom sizes, colors, or designs) are final sale and cannot be returned, since they are woven specifically for you.
