this is brand new and still sealed. it has never been opened before. the tape seals have 2 pieces of tape on it on either side. it is like this when purchased. there are many here on eBay that shows the double tape seals as well. 

there is corner wear to some of the corners so it is definitely not mint. the clear plastic looks excellent with no heavy scuffs of any sort.
