FIVE VINTAGE TUTOR FOUNTAIN PENS ARGENTINA, 

'NOS' - NEW OLD STOCK, TAX REVENUE SEAL, 

NOT USED, NOT ENGRAVED.

Good! - Circa 1950.

Ideal for gift or to win a great and pretty collectible. Its general condition is very good, unused (NOS, New old Stock condition). The fountain pens are empty, nibs look good and in order to be used. Bodies are good, no bumps, no breaks, no picks. Caps have some minor discoloration; they are metal with a gold-colored coating, it doesn't look like gold, but rather a tan. Received by inheritance. No original case or packaging.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

A rare, extraordinary and highly collectible find for vintage pen enthusiasts. This lot consists of five (5) original "Tutor" fountain pens, manufactured in Argentina during the golden era of regional fountain pen production. These pens beautifully replicate the iconic streamlined aerodynamic silhouette and hooded nib design of the mid-century.

KEY COLLECTOR POINTS:

* 100% Unused / New Old Stock: These pens have never been inked, dipped, or used. They are pristine historical survivors from a large collection.

* Intact Tax Revenue Seals: Every single pen features its original, unbroken paper tax stamp from the Argentine "Dirección General de Impuestos Internos" (General Directorate of Internal Revenue). One seal clearly displays the "SETIEMBRE 1952" (September 1952) date stamp. These fragile paper bands remain intact, which absolutely certifies their uninked, virgin condition.

* Aesthetic Preservation: The barrels retain their deep, brilliant original factory gloss, made in resin "Lucite".

### COSMETIC CONDITION NOTE (Storage Wear):

Please note that these pens have been stored together for over 70 years. The metal caps show cosmetic storage wear, micro-scratching, loss of luster, and surface oxidation/patina due to long-term humidity and aging. This is entirely natural for historical items of this age and does not affect the integrity of the pens.

Antique or vintage items are sold in their original condition, as found, except for a superficial dusting. Items may have stains or variations in paint tone or material condition, which are inherent to their age and are preserved to maintain their antique character. We do not perform polishing or restoration ourselves; we wish to maintain the originality. However, after purchase, if you wish to have these services done, it will be entirely at your discretion.

Shipments are made with appropriate and sufficient protection. Large, heavy, or fragile items are meticulously packed with professional materials, using bubble wrap, double-layered envelopes/cardboard, and a sturdy box to ensure safe transport.

Note: The measurements are approximate and should be considered with reasonable tolerance for the objects, even more so if they are small (+/- 5 to 10%).

IMPORTANT: I offer combined shipping. Many of my items have free shipping if send together, and for the rest, shipping will be 50% or less of the cost indicated for each item if shipped together (large items are send individually only).

To pay, wait to receive the updated invoice with the combined shipping costs and then make your payment. I usually send the invoice within 12 hours or less, often within minutes (between 9 AM and 7 PM, GMT-3), even on holidays.
