This listing is for an authentic 2000 Japanese Neo 3 Ho-Oh Promo from Premium File 3, graded PSA 10 GEM MINT. This is a highly sought-after vintage Japanese promo card and a great addition to any serious Pokemon card collection.
The card was originally obtained from an online mystery pack and then submitted for grading. According to population data, there are only about 335 copies in PSA 10, making this a relatively rare high-grade example.
Please note that the card has been handled carefully and removed from the sleeve once for in-store appraisal. Two different shops inspected it and found no damage requiring a price reduction, but extremely minor imperfections may exist from the original manufacturing or handling. If you are extremely sensitive about microscopic flaws, please consider this before purchasing.
