This is a hold-to-the-light tissue stereoview that is 7 x 3½ inches (178x90mm).

It shows a sculpted diorama depicting the 'Tentation de St Antoine' (Temptation of St. Anthony). A bearded man sits reading a book while a woman stands before him, surrounded by various demons, creatures, and a skeleton playing an instrument. The archway above the scene reads 'TENTATION DE ST ANTOINE'. The bottom left of the sculpted scene is marked 'HENNETIER' and '42'. The yellow mount is embossed with 'B.K. PARIS' at the top and 'B.K. PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS' at the bottom, along with 'DEPOSE'.

The reverse has tissue paper backing with hand-applied colours in blue, green, and pink, designed to illuminate the scene when held to the light. Pinpricks are visible throughout the tissue to create lighting effects. There is a large brown stain on the left tissue panel and a pencil annotation '2132-09' in the bottom left corner.
