This is the Jaipur collection, one of their smaller gemstone rings with brushed texture on the exterior. The branding name is worn off but you can see faint traces of the letters. The inside stampings indicate the hallmarks and 18k purity, though they are hard to see due to needing a cleaning.

Please note that the twisted shape is how these smaller gemstone rings are designed on purpose. The gemstone is cut in a rose cut, which is meant to glow from within instead of glittering from outside.
