DESCRIPTION:

Wonderful, whimsical Doulton Burslem bone china fern pot. Designed by Charles Noke with inspiration was taken from the barnacles found at Kangaroo Island. Faces are hidden in the form. Produced in the early part of the 1900's. A similar pot forms part of the Powerhouse Museums collection. There is some discoloration as seen in images, no attempt at cleaning has been made. Kiln marks are evident in places. Please see images for condition. Fully marked on base Rgd No 328839
