The supplied set is the removable wet-side motor rotor assembly and O-ring. It works inside the separate motor housing and stator.

The upper impeller helps circulate wash water and drive spray-arm movement. When the motor runs in the drain direction, the lower five-blade impeller helps pump water out. A damaged or restricted rotor can therefore affect washing, spray-arm movement or draining.

Those symptoms do not prove the rotor is faulty. Blockages, broken glass or debris, the drain path, motor housing, stator, wiring or controller can cause similar trouble.

F24: may point to a motor stalled, stopped or overload condition. This rotor may be relevant when the existing rotor is jammed, damaged or worn, but the code is not proof by itself.

A3 or A6: the rotor can be part of the diagnostic check for selected drain or spray-arm faults when damage, obstruction or incorrect installation has been confirmed.

F25: may involve rotor installation, the stator, wiring or motor controller. Diagnosis is required.

Find the model and product code on the front chassis trim. Match both against the table above. Do not rely only on the DD60 family name, the colour of the old rotor or a similar photo.

Compare the supplied photographs with the rotor removed from your machine. Confirm the impeller arrangement, locating points and O-ring before installation.

Disconnect the DishDrawer from power. Remove the rack and spray arm, then inspect the rotor cavity and drain path for food debris, seeds, broken glass or other foreign material. Debris left in the housing can damage the replacement rotor.

Seat the O-ring correctly, align the rotor and housing marks and lock the rotor clockwise. Refit the spray arm and confirm that it rotates freely. The old rotor can be tight. Use a qualified appliance technician if you are not comfortable with the repair.
