Victorian or Edwardian collar, striped lawn with eyelet lace and a ruffled trim. Measures approximately 14x15. Heavily distressed, slight yellowing at neckline, tiny holes throughout entire piece. See pics. Closes with two small eyelet hooks. Would be an awesome accessory to a Victorian zombie costume or maybe dead librarian? Slightly yellowed at neckline, but not as yellowed in its entirety as the pics suggest, that's just poor lighting.
