Here is a rare combo featuring dioptase on a plancheite covered matrix from Sanda Hills Occurrence, Republic of the Congo. The dioptase formed lustrous, richly colored crystals in the center of the display with a few smaller crystals here and there. The larger dioptase grew into the matrix, so only a couple show terminations. There are some tiny quartz that can be seen around the matrix with some magnification. There is also a couple of green patches of duftite adding a splash of color to the matrix. A lovely combo!
