Vintage 90s sunflower wall stencil

This is a single sheet wall stencil. From the photo on the back of the packet it looks like the stencil is made from the thick tracing paper type paper

The stencil on the front is 16cm tall and it says this is 90% of its true size,  so total height appr9x 18cm
