Delivery will be carried out by a 3rd party courier. Once the sale has been processed you will be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date as your order will not be dispatched until we have contacted you.

Appliance deliveries are carried out by a 2 man home delivery team, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are ground floor only and into a room of your choice. If the delivery is deemed unsafe or there is not clear access, the item may be left at your doorstep or returned, if the appliance is returned to us due to unsafe or inadequat access, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

*Please note if you miss your agreed delivery slot, or the drivers do not have clear safe access to your property or room of choice and you refuse delivery you will be charged a re-delivery charge which is a minimum charge of £45 depending on the item. This will need to be paid prior to a new date being scheduled or will be deducted from the total refund should you choose to cancel through no fault of Borshch ltd.*

The delivery team will remove all packaging and allow inspection. You will be asked to sign to say to say that you are happy with the condition the appliance has arrived in. All damage must be reported at point of delivery to the delivery drivers, so please ensure you fully unpack and inspect the item before the drivers leave your property.

You can also arrange to collect the item from our store in Birmingham. This again must be agreed prior to collection, the address and opening times will be provided once you have made your purchase.

Returns

If your item arrives and you find it to be faulty the item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, please contact us via an eBay message as we MUST be notified and approve the return beforehand.
