Description

This authentic NARDI wood steering wheel features the highly desirable engraved (Guilloche) aluminum spokes, the same style used on many vintage Ferrari models of the 1960s and early 1970s.

These engraved-spoke steering wheels are among the most attractive and collectible versions ever produced. They feature the larger 18-hole mounting pattern and the distinctive large-diameter horn button that set them apart from later reproductions.

With its 41 cm (16.2") diameter, this steering wheel is an ideal upgrade for the Mercedes-Benz W113 280 SL, replacing the original  factory steering wheel while maintaining a classic appearance and improving driving comfort.

The slightly thinner, low-angle engraved spokes provide an excellent view of the dashboard instruments.

This steering wheel is fitted with a new retractable Mercedes-Benz hub designed specifically for the W113 280 SL , providing both safety and a correct factory-style installation.

You will receive the exact steering wheel shown in the photographs, complete with the large ivory horn button featuring the Mercedes-Benz chrome enamel center badge.

Optional Original Vintage NARDI & C Horn Button
Upon request, the Mercedes-Benz horn button may be replaced with an original 1960s NOS "NARDI & C" horn button.

This larger vintage horn button is significantly different from the smaller horn buttons supplied with modern 15-inch (38 cm) "ANNI 60" reproduction steering wheels manufactured by Nardi-Personal S.p.A.

This steering wheel is not a "NARDI-PERSONAL S.p.A. replica.
