KLH Model Seventy-One Stereo Receiver in its Original Box

This receiver is in very nice condition cosmetically, and comes in its original box. I've tested the FM and AM reception, and the AUX and tape inputs. The receiver works and sounds surprisingly good, but exhibits the following  issues:
- The FM stereo channel indicator light is not working. 
- The right channel is weaker than the left, but only in stereo mode.  In mono mode both channels are equal, so the power amp is most likely OK.  It might just need some DeoxIT at the input selector, stereo/mono switch contacts, or the balance pot or volume pot.  As it is, a balance adjustment easily fixes the unequal volume in stereo mode.

  • So, looks like it needs a new bulb for the FM stereo channel indicator light, and some cleaning/DeoxIT.  I'll probably get to it eventually, but I have about 30 other projects ahead of this one. Maybe somebody else has more time than I do. I've priced it with these minor issues in mind.
