1. We process orders Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm London time. Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends, public holidays or on: January 1, January 6, Easter Monday, May 1, May 2, May 3, Corpus Christi, August 15, November 1, November 11, December 24, December 25 and December 26.
2. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. If we need extra information from you, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
3. Combined shipping is available. Add all items to your basket and eBay will calculate the shipping cost for all items in one order automatically.
4. After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order summary. It includes your order details and a link where you can track the current status of your order.
5. We dispatch only to the address shown in the order details. Please make sure the address is complete and correct before ordering. Make sure it is correct and include both door number and the street name. We cannot change the delivery address after the parcel has been shipped.
6. The shipping cost is shown in the "Postage, returns and payments" section under the "Buy it now" button. You can also add items to your basket and eBay will calculate the cost automatically.
7. All parcels are sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking number and courier tracking link after dispatch.
8. Please check the parcel before accepting it. If it is damaged, opened or looks suspicious, ask the courier for a damage report, refuse the parcel if needed and contact us. If you accept a damaged or opened parcel, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of delivery.
9. Delivery dates shown on eBay are estimates only as this is a cross-border delivery. It may be impacted by many factors beyond our control once the parcel leaves our facility. Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, busy periods, customs or border delays. Please order in advance if you need the item for a specific date, event or repair.
10. For buyers outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and local fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Import charges and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. After Brexit, this also applies to buyers from the United Kingdom (with the exception of Northern Ireland, which remains part of the EU).

1. You can return an unused item within 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Please contact us before sending the item back. We will give you the correct return address and instructions. The return address may be different from the shipping address.
3. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and complete. You may check the item as you would in a shop, but it must not be fitted, installed, used, damaged, dirty or greasy.
4. If the item is returned used, fitted, damaged, dirty, incomplete or not in resale condition, we will reduce the refund to cover the loss in value or the cost of restoring the item to the original condition.
5. We do not offer free returns for incorrectly ordered items. The buyer pays the return shipping cost. We do not send return labels or cover return costs for incorrectly purchased items, even if you select "Does not fit", "Wrong item sent" or "Item does not match the description" as a reason of the return. We provide or cover return shipping only if the item is defective or if the problem was caused by us, for example if we advised the wrong part.
6. Please choose the correct return reason on eBay. If an incorrect reason is used to get a prepaid return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund and the misuse of eBay's return policy will be reported to eBay Customer Support.
7. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please pack the item safely. Carriers very often do not handle parcels delicately. Items damaged in return transport will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
8. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.
8. All returned items are checked before a refund or exchange is processed. After the return arrives at our warehouse, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 business days.
9. Refusing delivery, not collecting the parcel, giving an incorrect address or being unavailable for delivery is NOT considered as a return of the order. If the parcel is returned to us by the courier because of these reasons, the carrier charges us a return fee: £20 for returns from the European Union countries, and £50 for countries outside the EU. We will deduct this cost from the refund.

1. The invoice will be sent by email together with the tracking number. We do not include paper invoices in parcels. The invoice is sent as a PDF file. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
2. We may open the original packaging to check the item or to add extra protection inside the box. If the original packaging is damaged in our warehouse, we may send the item in replacement packaging. All orders are packed under camera surveillance.
3. Car parts should be fitted by a qualified person only.
4. Items are covered by the warranty of manufacturer or distributor. Warranty information is shown in the product description.
5. Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for checking if the item can be imported and used in their country.
