• Package Held in Customs: If your package is held, you must contact your local customs office or courier (FedEx/Post Office). If you require specific clearance documents, please message us, and we will provide them after checking with our carrier.
• Refusal / Unsuccessful Delivery: If a package is rejected due to unpaid customs taxes or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address, absent receiver), the buyer is responsible for all original/return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee of the total item price.

🔄 RETURN POLICY

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product under the following terms:
