SNAP-ON Cordless Nibbler is pictured and described as in preowned condition (see pictures). The tool has been powered up to test and is working! The exterior casing has some minor surface wear and scratches from handling, use, and storage. The grip material is in good shape. The rubberized coating on the battery is in rougher condition and tearing in a few places as pictured. All pictured items are included. Only pictured items are included.
