Title: Safety Precautions
Introduction: DIY is a fun activity, so safety must not be overlooked when working on DIY projects. Here are a few important points to note; we hope all buyers will read them carefully.
Safety Precaution #1: When installing the grinding head, make sure to unplug the power cord!
Safety Precaution #2: Be sure to use a small wrench to securely tighten the chuck connecting the grinding head to the body.
Safety Precaution #3: When the angle grinder is plugged in, the power switch must be in the OFF position.
Safety Precaution #4: Before machining, in addition to securely clamping the workpiece, you should test-run the angle grinder (no-load). Only proceed with machining after confirming there are no abnormalities.
Safety Precaution #5: Before operation, carefully inspect all grinding heads; it is strictly prohibited to use damaged or cracked grinding heads.
Safety Precaution No. 6: When machining parts, control the pressure applied to the electric grinder with your hands appropriately; avoid applying excessive force.
Safety Precaution No. 7: When using a cutting disc, ensure that personnel remain clear of the disc’s tangential direction to prevent injury from flying debris. The rotational speed of the cutting disc must not exceed 20,000 rpm; generally, this corresponds to the machine’s 3rd or 4th speed setting. The cutting disc shaft must be fully inserted during installation to prevent bending due to excessive speed. When cutting, always follow the cutting groove downward; do not cut at an angle or twist the disc, as this can easily cause the cutting disc to break and fly off.
Safety Precaution No. 8: Of course, the most important thing is to take proper safety precautions, such as wearing safety goggles and gloves, and keeping long hair tied back, etc.

Maintenance Precaution No. 1: After the angle grinder has been running for 15–20 minutes, please shut it down to allow it to cool.
Maintenance Note #2: For unfamiliar machining processes or materials, start the angle grinder at a low speed and gradually increase it.
Maintenance Note #3: Be especially careful to operate at low speeds when working with materials that are not heat-resistant, such as plastics and acrylic; otherwise, the material may melt, damaging the grinding head.
Maintenance Note #4: When using the angle grinder for the first time, test it on scrap material first to gain experience.
