The unit is a fine little portable machine.  It comes with the extended battery (So it's a bit thicker) but the battery health is not guaranteed, however I haven't found it to be needing charged at an excessive rate.  The Lenovo power adaptor is included along with an after market adaptor that would convert a USB C charger to the Lenovo rectangle power port if you want to just carry that with you.  

Great travel machine, second machine, back up computer or just fun little box to play and learn linux on.  

The machine comes with a fresh install of Linux Mint but you could put your preferred flavor of linux on at your convenience.  

Machine has the normal bumps and marks from a long life but nothing serious as you can see in the pictures.
