All of our devices are tested by skilled technicians to ensure quality and reliability, aswell as allowing us to correctly detail all features of the product we have for sale. 

• Data Sanitisation: All laptops are fully data-wiped in line with industry standards before testing or resale. 
• Testing: Every device is individually inspected and tested by our technicians using Blanco software. These tests include screen, ports, keyboard, speaker, battery capacity, CPU / Drive health and more!
• Repairs & Upgrades: Some devices may have parts replaced or upgraded to improve functionality or appearance, others we sell as they are with faults for sunstainability purposes. Please refer the item description / images for full details of any unique features the device has. 
• Cleaning & Final Check: Before dispatch, all products are cleaned again, rechecked, and prepared for shipping. 
• Secure Packaging: Orders are safely and securely packaged, using environmentally friendly materials wherever possible to reduce waste.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day and tracking details will be added to your eBay order once your parcel has been shipped.
Delivery timescales will vary depending on your location but we always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  Please note that additional postage charges may apply to some remote areas - If you have any questions about shipping to your region, feel free to contact us before ordering.

🔋 Laptop Batteries
We reuse the laptop batteries included with the devices we sell. As these batteries are not new, they may not hold a charge as long as a brand-new battery and could require more frequent charging.
All batteries are tested to ensure the device functions correctly, but battery life may vary depending on usage and age.
