Condition: The plaque is in good commemorative condition. The black laminate base shows minor shelf wear and light scuffing on the reverse side. Protective clear covers over the photo and cards show light surface scratches consistent with display and handling. The engraved gold-tone plate has minor surface oxidation and fine scratches. Cards appear well-preserved within their individual holders with no visible fading or moisture damage.
