Our Grading

Grade A+ - New Open Box.

Grade A - Used, tested, in working order, with good condition & minor cosmetic wear & tear.

Grade B - Used, tested, in working order, may have cosmetic scratches/wear & tear.

Grade C - Used, tested to BIOS, for spares and repairs.

Grade D - Untested, for spares and repairs.

Warranty Information

This item is supplied with a 3 Month Seller Return to Base Warranty for UK delivery addresses only.

The warranty covers hardware faults that occur during normal use within the warranty period. If a fault develops, please contact us through eBay first so we can help.

If the item needs to be returned under warranty, it must be returned securely packaged using a tracked and insured courier service. Once received and inspected, we will repair the item where possible. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement with equivalent specifications where available.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, liquid damage, physical damage, or improper handling
Software issues, buyer-installed software, passwords, BIOS locks, or operating system changes made after delivery
Unauthorised repairs, modifications, upgrades, or alterations
Damage caused by incorrect chargers, power supplies, or incompatible accessories
Commercial or heavy-duty use where the item was not sold for that purpose
Removal, alteration, or tampering with our security markings
Consumable items such as batteries, unless specifically stated otherwise
Accessories such as chargers, docking stations, adapters, keyboards, mice, and cables, unless clearly stated in the listing

Operating System and Drivers

Items supplied with an operating system are ready for basic use, including internet access. Some drivers may not be pre-installed and may need to be downloaded from the manufacturer’s website.

International Buyers

Our Seller Return to Base Warranty is available for UK delivery addresses only.

Orders sent outside the UK, including orders sent through the eBay Global Shipping Programme, are not covered by our additional seller RTB warranty due to the complex international return process.

This does not affect any rights you may have under eBay buyer protection, eBay return policies, or applicable consumer law.
