Delicate jewelry is carefully packed in a white gift box and shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap to help prevent damage. Collectibles are always shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. I rarely, if ever, use bubble mailers. I try to securely wrap all items the best I can. I will assume responsibility if an item is damaged or I describe an item wrong. Please know that you can contact me anytime with questions or concerns before or after making a purchase from Cindy's Treasures.

I try to be as clear in the description as possible, but occasionally may miss something due to human error. The main goal is to make the buyer satisfied. I am always happy to combine shipping when possible. Payment is appreciated within 4 days, unless other arrangements have been made.
