Item Inspection & Cleaning

At Greener Refurbs, every clothing item is carefully inspected before being listed. We check for condition, sizing, fabric wear, stains, holes, missing buttons, zipper issues, odors, and any noticeable flaws. We do our best to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible so you know exactly what you are buying.

Most of our clothing items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise, so light signs of normal wear may be present. Any major flaws we notice will be shown in the photos and/or mentioned in the description. We also do our best to clean, freshen, fold, and prepare each item before shipping. Please review all photos, measurements, and details before purchasing.

We are human and mistakes can happen, but our goal is always to make things right. We want every buyer to feel confident and happy with their purchase.

Measurements & Fit

Because clothing sizes can vary by brand, age, style, and fit, we include measurements whenever possible. Please compare the measurements in the listing with an item you already own to help ensure the best fit.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, camera settings, and your screen/device. We do our best to capture the item as accurately as possible.

Shipping

We take pride in shipping your clothing safely and professionally. Items are folded and packaged with care using appropriate materials such as poly mailers, bubble mailers, boxes, protective wrap, packing paper, or other shipping materials depending on the item.

We always aim to ship on time. If tracking appears delayed or does not update, please feel free to reach out so we can look into it together. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away and include photos of the packaging so we can help address the issue.

Reuse & Recycling

At Greener Refurbs, we believe in giving products a second life. Whether it is clothing, electronics, or other goods, our goal is to reduce waste and help quality items find a new home.

We may reuse clean shipping materials such as boxes, paper, protective wrap, or other packing supplies when appropriate. We will never sacrifice the safety or quality of packaging. Our goal is for your item to arrive protected, clean, and ready to enjoy.
