Your purchased painting will be securely packaged and posted via Royal Mail or courier (dependent on size and weight) within 2 working days of receiving payment. International customers please note that shipping through eBay's Global Shipping Program requires payment via PayPal only.
I have excellent eBay feedback and many exceptional comments regarding the quality of my packaging. However, due to postal policy restrictions, if a painting is framed, the frame will be provided free of charge and we cannot offer any warranty in respect of their condition or damage caused as a result of delivery. We consider glass to be part of any frame, and as such is not warranted by us. Glass can be removed prior to shipping at the buyers request. Obviously, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will always accept returns and offer a no quibble returns policy within the eBay backed 14 day returns policy. The buyer is however, liable for the return postal charges.
