Instructions for use:
The lamp can be operated in any position. The normal ignition and ignition of the lamp occurs at an ambient temperature of at least 20 ° C and a line voltage of at least 210 V.
Note. If the lamp is operated horizontally or tilted to 45 degrees to the horizon, it is recommended that the lamp be placed with the ignition electrode upward, in order to avoid deterioration of its parameters.
The lamp can operate in a limited volume (casing) provided that the casing dimensions and the conditions of its ventilation are such that the air temperature at a distance of 50 mm from the lamp walls (in the equatorial plane) does not exceed 250 ° C (in steady state). To re-ignite the lamp after turning it off, it takes no more than 10 minutes.
The quartz glass of the lamp bulb easily loses its transparency when its surface is contaminated. Therefore, in case of contamination of the bulb (for example, after touching it with hands, dust on it, etc.), it is necessary to wipe the flask with cotton wool moistened with alcohol before switching on.
