Diodes D311 are germanium, mezadiffusion, impulse.
They are intended for work in impulse devices of general and special purpose.
They are produced in a metal-glass case with multi-directional flexible leads.
They are marked with an alphanumeric code, the connection diagram of the electrodes with the terminals is given on the case.
The mass of the diode is no more than 0.6 g.
