Prior to releasing the film on DVD and VHS media formats, the video stores and departments had high quality banners and posters advertising the release and availability of the movie. These were made of heavy stock (almost like a vinyl) and this is one of those posters. The poster is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. There is some tape on the poster where it was hung on the wall and I did not want to remove the pieces of tape for fear of marring the surface but I believe they can be safely removed because this is not simple paper stock. The brass eyelets at the corners are tight and intact. In all this is a good quality poster and a must for LOTR fans. If you have any questions, please ask.
