A good pre-WWII quality set of six sterling silver desert spoons by Harrods presented in a large fitted hinged box. The spoons have a deep round bowl. Each is hallmarked on the rear of the handle for Harrods Ltd, Sheffield, 1939.

Each spoon is approx 14cm long with a bowl 4.5cm wide and 1.5cm deep. Total silver weight is just under 186g. The 20p coin in picture 2 is a general size guide.

Condition: All of the spoons are in generally excellent condition with no dents. Just some expected light tarnish from handling which can easily be cleaned off if so desired. All of the hallmarks match and all are nice and clear. The box is also in excellent condition with a working push button clasp and no internal staining.
