Pair of large Staffordshire pottery Greyhounds, c. 1860. The hounds finely modelled, and standing before tree trunks, holding rabbits in their mouths.
Set upon oval mound bases, sprigged with grass. Single gilt lines to the bases.

Height – 28.5 cm, 11 1/4”.

Width – 23 cm, 9 1/8”.

Depth – 8.5 cm, 3 3/8”.

Condition – Repair to one ear. Otherwise excellent condition.
