The cards are in very good condition for their age. The bald eagle one (shown) is in the worst condition. It has some yellow discoloration on the front, and some handwriting in pencil on the back. Someone wrote 'Emblem = sign" and underlined the word "eyrie." I did not notice any writing on any of the other cards. 

These are great for art projects, such as collage and junk journaling.
