Cancellations and Returns

Local Pickup: We're happy to hold purchased items for local pickup for up to 30 days at no charge. Pickups beyond 30 days without prior arrangement are subject to a storage fee of 10% of the order total per month.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cancellations after an item has shipped may incur a fee of up to 50% to cover shipping, handling, and return logistics. We review every cancellation individually and will always work with you in good faith.

Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns after delivery for any reason other than receipt of an incorrect item. If we've sent the wrong piece, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
