The WZJ-IT Bending Tester is a specialized testing device designed to measure the flexibility—specifically the T-bend performance—of coatings on color-coated steel sheets. During testing, the sample is bent 180° (with the coating on the outer side of the bend). Adhesive tape with a specific tack is applied to the bent surface, then quickly peeled off to observe whether any paint has peeled off the bend, thereby determining the sample’s resistance to bending. The result is expressed as the minimum T-bend value at which no coating peeling occurs at the bend. This equipment complies with the requirements of the NCCA “Standard ‘T’ Bend Test Method.”
