Batteries have been tested to ensure they hold a charge; however, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer-advertised maximum battery life could be achieved.

Grade A+ - New Open Box.

Grade A - Used, tested, in working order, with good condition & minor cosmetic wear & tear.

Grade B - Used, tested, in working order, may have cosmetic scratches/wear & tear.

Grade C - Used, tested to BIOS, for spares and repairs.

Grade D - Untested, for spares and repairs.

Our Spares and Repairs

All our tested spares and repair machines may have the following cosmetics wear and tear listed below.

• Screens may have pressure marks, scratches, or dead pixels.
• Dents.
• Cracks on the item.
• Missing part.
• Misshape parts.

Warranty Coverage

• All warranty services are available for UK customers only.
• Desktop PCs, laptops, servers, and TFT monitors include a warranty period as stated on the product listing.
• Unless explicitly stated, no warranty covers computer accessories such as chargers, docking stations, and adapters.
• The warranty applies to hardware only. Any software installed by the buyer is excluded from coverage.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover faults resulting from:

• Misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or improper handling
• Failure to follow operating instructions
• Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Commercial or heavy?duty use where the item was not sold for that purpose
• Removal or tampering of our security markings (this will void the warranty)

Keyboard, mouse, and any included cables are not covered under warranty. These accessories are only applicable when they are specifically included as part of the sale. Their mention in the warranty terms does not imply that every product is supplied with these items.

Warranty Process

• If a fault occurs within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance.
• All warranties are Return to Base (RTB). The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us, securely packaged and with a tracked/insured courier service.
• Upon inspection, we will either repair the item or, if repair is not possible, provide a replacement with equivalent specifications.

Operating System & Drivers

• Items supplied with an operating system are ready for basic use, including internet access.
• Some drivers may not be pre-installed; the buyer may need to download missing drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Security Marking

• All items are security marked.
• The warranty becomes void if these markings are removed, altered, or tampered with.

Statutory Rights

• These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Revised Return Policy 

• If you experience any issues, please contact us via eBay within 30 days of receiving the item.
• This product is covered by a Return to Base Warranty, meaning the buyer is responsible for returning the item using a tracked and insured courier service.
• Items returned damaged or with missing parts will be the buyer's responsibility, and deductions may apply.
• If a return is requested for reasons such as:

• Unwanted item
• Incompatible with buyer's setup
• Not suitable for intended use
• Ordered by mistake
• Performance expectations (e.g., too slow)
  Then the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
