Rare original winter hat believed to be associated with the South Manchuria Railway (Mantetsu).

This cold-weather cap is a scarce surviving example from the pre-war / WWII-era Japanese presence in Manchuria.

Features:

* Original vintage winter hat
* Associated with Mantetsu (South Manchuria Railway)
* Fur-lined cold weather design
* Inspection stamp present
* Interior marked with a handwritten Katakana "Ma" symbol, believed to be an abbreviation related to Mantetsu according to reference materials

Condition:

* Shows age-related wear, stains, and storage wear consistent with age.
* Badge/emblem is missing.

* An inspection mark is present. It has been suggested that the cap may also have been used by military personnel; however, exact usage cannot be guaranteed.
