The crown race is stainless steel and is much less likely to become damaged if you remove it from a fork to install it on another fork. Sealed industrial cartridge bearings. Fits a 1 1/8" steerer tube and a frame that accepts 34mm cups. It includes a star nut, bolt, and carbon top cap. Also included are 3 aluminum spacers of different thicknesses that were not originally included with the headset. New, never installed on a bike but I have removed it from the factory package and handled it. I have used one like this on my mountain bike for several years and it is still smooth.
