It has 2 beautiful multicolor stained-glass wheels that the artisan hand soldered.  Each wheel spins independently, creating a majestic array of patterns when viewed thru the eyehole. Store and display on oak wooded base when not in use.

Very good vintage condition; brass patina as found; polish for a brighter finish; note the wheels can be removed from the base
