Park the machine on a flat surface and secure the rear wheels to prevent slipping.
2. Remove the protective cover, find the tensioner use a pry bar to press down on the spring arm to loosen the belt.
Slide out the old belt from the engine drive wheel, tensioner wheel, and blade wheel in sequence.
Refer to the direction or photo of the old belt to ensure that the new belt passes through all pulleys
Hand push type: First insert the blade wheel, then hang it onto the drive wheel, and finally use a pry bar to press down the tension wheel and install it into the belt.
Slowly loosen the tension wheel spring to ensure that the belt is fully embedded in the pulley groove without twisting or tipping.
Test: Manually rotate the blade several times to check if the belt is off center or detached. Reconnect the spark plug wire and start the engine idling for 10-15 seconds.
Reinstall all protective plates tighten bolts to ensure no looseness or gaps. Observe whether belt slipping making abnormal noises or shaking, immediately stop machine to investigate any abnormalities
