For sale is a vintage Mary & Bernadette in the grotto at Lourdes 

ornate medal.

The back of this item has a screw on it to attach this to possibly 

wood to make a very small plaque or decoration.

This item measures almost 1" wide x 1 1/8" high, and the screw

twists on and off easily.

This item is vintage and has some age and wear including loss of 

silvertone coating.
