This is the Silver Shimmering Cape made for the "Jewel Secrets Whitney" #3179 by Mattel in 1986. My research shows the cape only but I had a silver ribbon strip that came with mine when I acquired it. Although I'm not certain if it does go with the cape, I'm including it anyway just to be sure. The cape is in near mint condition, it doesn't appear to have been played with at all. A tiny bit of the silver has come off of the strip of ribbon but at this point, I don't know if it actually belongs. There are no stains, rips or tears and all seams are tight. If you're looking for this completer piece it will make a wonderful addition to your vintage SuperStar Barbie collection.
