Shipping:

PostNL Exprés or insured; Europe 1-5 days, Worldwide 2-7 days. USA/CANADA/AUS for example usually arrives in 4 days after our handling time but some customs agencies may take extremely long to clear your package so be aware of that.

Returns / warranty:

Returns for any reason: 30 days. We document (video) all part numbers and add an invisible tag to prevent return scams during the shipping process. Any attempts to send back another part than we send out will fail as we will send the evidence to eBay in order for them to decide cases in our favor.

All parts we sell come with a 1 year warranty.

VAT:

Prices include 21% VAT. Businesses and buyers outside the European Union may have this VAT refunded by contacting us PRIOR to purchase.
