From a local estate, this is a Helena Wolfsohn Dresden Flowers TREMBLEUSE SAUCER (ONLY) for a Chocolate Cup.
This saucer is 5" in diameter. The cup opening is 1-3/4" diameter.
Unfortunately, I found no cup with this beautiful saucer, but I will offer it here in case someone has a mate for it.
