The included accessories allow easy and quick installations and can be planned in all worktop depths ≥60cm. For other types of installation, one of the following accessory kits is recommended: HEZ9VDKR1 for partly-ducted recirculation in worktops of ≥60cm depth with max. worktop height of 960 mm. HEZ9VDKR0 for partly-ducted recirculation in worktops of ≥70cm depth with max. worktop height of 960 mm. HEZ9VDKE1 as starter kit for ducted extraction in worktops of ≥60cm depth. To complete the fully ducted extraction or to do any other individual recirculation planning different ducting accessories are available. Planning suggestions: - Installation is possible in island as well as wall oriented configurations. Delivery: What the courier will and wont do.

Our Couriers makes deliveries Monday to Friday, between 0900 and 1800 hrs. They do not make deliveries during the weekends. Once we have despatched your purchase, it will take around 3 to 4 days to reach you.

The courier service we use is basically an extended "kerb side" delivery. All our deliveries are made on vehicles with tail lift facilities, and they will unload the pallet, and get it as near as they can to the entrance to your building. They use a pallet truck, so as long as access is via a smooth level driveway, there will be no problems. If, however, you live at the end of a steep or gravelled drive, then the driver will not be able to negotiate it with his pallet truck.

Because of insurance restrictions, the drivers are not allowed to enter your building, so you will need to make arrangements for the item to be taken inside. This is particularly important if your property is not accessible from the road, or if it is not a ground floor property. Please bear in mind that heavier items such as washing machine can not be moved by one person. If you are not able to arrange this, please do not bid for the item, as we will not able to make any alternative arrangements for delivering.

Signing for the delivery.

For palletised deliveries via Pallet Ways, it is essential that the goods are checked on delivery, and any damage (not already referred to in the listing) is mentioned on the delivery note before signing for the goods. If this is not done the courier will reject any claims, and we will not be able to accept any claims or authorise any returns.
