Tag is faded out but measures like a modern size medium (or small if wanting a more relaxed look). Couple small marks and snags and the colored pattern has overall fading. It was also hemmed shorter, but let out the extra 3+ inches which is leaving a fade line across the bottom from where it was hemmed. The buttons are all intact but are more loosely attached. No stretch in the fabric.
