STOUTENBURG c1950 German Expressionist MCM Watercolour Exotic Interior

A WATERCOLOR BY STOUTENBERG C1950

This superb watercolor is in very good condition, colors still very vibrant and painted in hand-made paper and measures 16" x 12". We believe this painting is part of the German Expressionist movement, but have not been able to identify the artist. The painting is beautifully rendered and given the wandering chickens and azure sky, would suggest an exotic location.
