Each pen will have its own character due to using exotic natural Wood with its natural markings.

The pen pictured is the exact pen that you will receive.

Before turning all wood has been "stabilized".  This means that air and moisture have been vacuumed out and soaked in a resin material that makes the wood denser and fills all of the pores in the wood.  For you the buyer, this means a pen that will last a good long time.

The wood is finished with the finest heat induced friction pen wax to enhance the finish, protect the wood from oils from your hands and will expand and contract with heat.  Some CA type finishes do not like to expand or contract with the wood on rapid temperature changes.
