This porcelain vase was produced in the United States by an American Belleek porcelain manufacturer. We believe it was made by Willets Belleek. It was sold white ware to a studio decorator for painting.  The artist’s name is M. Wakemann. The decoration is exquisitely done.  Raised gilded scrolls wrap around clusters of tiny, colorful roses.  The gilded scrolling is accented with turquoise raised enamel beading or jewels.  It is so delicate and precious.  You seldom see fine workmanship such as this. #E1550
