This listing is part of a really cool group of mostly Topps error cards.

Below are some random facts about this collection and the single card that I'm offering here .

These card were  graded by SGC  around June-July  2025.

This collection used to be owned by a most famous early card PIONEERING dealer.

He was literally one of, if not THE FIRST first full-time card dealers.

If you've been burying cards since at least three 1970s, you almost have to know the pioneer that used to own this card.

L.F.

He used to buy closed-out items for in mass quantities directly from Topps.  All of his cards are 100% original and unaltered.

Almost all of the blank back, wrong back,  etc. errors were NOT recently cut from leftover scrap sheets.

I assume that Topps segregated obvious mistakes and put them into a lane pile, which they "dumped" on this vintage card pioneer.

These cards are almost invariably very sharp because they were never publicly distributed by Topps, which usually led to decades of mishandling,  corner wear, creases,  surface wear, gum stains, etc.

These cards, aside from their mostly one-of-a-kind errors are exceptionally clean.

I'll be listing dozens of these 1940s - 1960s from Leaf, Bowman,  and Topps,  as time permits.

Save me as a seller to watch if you might have any interest in any of the hundreds that I'll list over time.

This pair of impossibly sharp 1973 Topps cards each exhibit zero handling wear.

They're just about flawless except for the front being off centered, and entirely wrong miscut backs.

The backs feature names like Sandy Koufax, Ty Cobb, Rogers Hornsby, Joe Jackson, Walter Johnson, Cy Young, etc.

These cards are exceptionally  sharp and really quite cool

Literally, since the day that Topps made these  unique error, they  have never been owned by ANY  collector.

This is your thoroughly unique chance to be this card's very first collector/ owner since inception
